What makes Soljans wines taste so good?
By skillfully marrying traditional with modern techniques, we produce
stylish, richly flavoured wines. Most of the white wines are cool-fermented
in stainless steel tanks to preserve their very delicate aromas and flavours.
To enhance their complexity and richness, our chardonnay's are fermented
and matured in oak barriques and the red wines are also barrel-aged.

Our estate range consists of easy drinking, food friendly wines that can be enjoyed immediately. Encompassing a wide range of different varieties, including Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinotage, we are confident you will find a wine within this range to match your occasion, or complement your cuisine. |

| Soljans Reserve Range
|
|
Our reserve wines receive extra care and attention at each stage of the winemaking process. These wines are only made in the years when conditions have produced grapes that have the special quality required to make reserve wine. Production is limited. These wines will benefit from medium to long term cellaring. |

We just love bubbles, so we have given you a range to choose from! Whether your preference is for a wine made in the traditional champagne method, or a fruity sparkling muscat we can help. |
